Returns & Refunds Policy

At Printz, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • There is an error on our part

To Report a Damaged or Defective Item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at printzmavericks@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will issue a replacement or refund after review.

Refunds & Replacements

If eligible, you’ll receive:

  • A full or partial refund (processed within 5–7 business days)
  • Or a replacement at no extra cost

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom stickers with customer-submitted design errors or typos
  • Items returned without approval
  • Claims made after the 7-day window

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
